Creamy Boursin Cheese Pasta

  • Author: Jasmine
  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

• 8 ounces dried pasta (such as penne, fusilli, or linguine)
• 1 (5.2-ounce) package Boursin cheese, any flavor
• 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
• 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

• Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the dried pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
• Step 2: In a large skillet or saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
• Step 3: Reduce the heat to low and add the Boursin cheese and heavy cream to the skillet. Whisk the mixture until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
• Step 4: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the noodles evenly with the Boursin cheese sauce. Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
• Step 5: Serve the Creamy Boursin Cheese Pasta warm, garnished with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
