Instructions
• Step 1: Prepare the cornbread according to the package instructions or your favorite homemade recipe. Allow it to cool completely, then crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
• Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the crumbled cornbread, diced bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped parsley. Gently toss to mix the ingredients.
