Ingredients

• 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
• 1 cup dried cranberries
• 1 cup diced celery
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

• Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, dried cranberries, and diced celery.
• Step 2: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
• Step 3: Pour the dressing over the chicken and cranberry mixture, and stir gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
