Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
• Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
• Step 3: Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

• Step 5: Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear.
• Step 6: Optionally, you can broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes at the end to achieve a caramelized, crispy exterior.
• Step 7: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
