Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then, stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
