Ingredients

• 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
• 1 cup of mixed greens (such as spinach and arugula)
• 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
• 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
• 1/4 cup of sliced red onion
• 1/4 cup of croutons
• 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup of Olive Garden’s signature Italian dressing


Instructions

• Step 1: Wash and chop the romaine lettuce and mixed greens. Place them in a large salad bowl.
• Step 2: Add the sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onion to the bowl.
• Step 3: Sprinkle the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese over the salad.
• Step 4: Drizzle the Olive Garden Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
• Step 5: Serve the Olive Garden salad immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
