• 1 tablespoon palm sugar (or brown sugar)
• 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
• Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the shredded green papaya, cherry tomatoes, chopped peanuts, cilantro, and mint.
• Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice, palm sugar, and minced garlic until the sugar has dissolved.
• Step 3: Pour the dressing over the papaya mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
• Step 4: Sprinkle the thinly sliced Thai chilies (or serrano chile) over the top of the salad.
• Step 5: Serve the Thai papaya salad immediately, or let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
